Mediation: what can I do for you?

As a qualified mediator, Caroline will support participants to better hear and understand each other's situation, helping to co-create agreed pathways to resolve disputes or for future positive working.
Mediation can take a variety of forms. Caroline is trained in 'traditional' alternate dispute resolution which gives parties a chance to reach an agreement prior to resorting to formal or legal proceedings in commercial and community settings. She can also assist where relationships have broken down and independent, impartial facilitation of meetings and processes is required.
