Caroline's PhD thesis focused on parental engagement within early education and key to her work was finding ways to gather, listen to and share the authentic voices of the participants.

Caroline is experienced in planning and facilitating stakeholder engagement strategies and events. With a focus on ensuring that vulnerable and marginalised communities are listened to, Caroline can work with you to plan an engagement strategy that will help develop long-term connections which support both feedback and co-production opportunities.

An expert on co-production in the maternity sector, Caroline has delivered training for Integrated Care Boards (formerly Clinical Commissioning Groups) and has developed materials and projects for the NHS at local and national levels.
